Barefoot Beach - Debbie Mason

From the USA Today bestselling author of the Harmony Harbor series comes a beautiful summer romance that will keep you reading until the sun goes down! Summer weddings have taken over Harmony Harbor, and the matchmakers are relentless when they meet Theia Lawson, a former navy pilot who's back in town for a mysterious new job at Graystone Manor. Theia's not interested in being set up, and she's resigned to the fact that she's all alone, especially after losing her crew in a devastating crash. But Theia can't run away from love forever, and she might just discover that she's not as alone as she once thought... Firefighter Marco DiRossi wants to beat the matchmakers at their own game, so he conspires with Theia Lawson to pretend they've already fallen in love. It makes sense: they're both lone wolves, and the DiRossis are elated so long as she's not a Gallagher. But just when they want to make their relationship real, a secret is revealed that puts everything Marco and Theia's fought for in jeopardy. As the summer winds down, they'll have to come to terms with their own little scheme, and choose between their families and each other.
