Black Hand - Maya Daniels

How do you take on the most powerful organization in the supernatural world? One death at a time. A thousand years in the making, the Council has finally created its strongest weapon. What they didn’t expect? That she’d turn on them. Forged in the pits of the underworld, Brooklyn plays her part all too well—until the assassination of her friend. It was meant to send her a message. Instead, it unleashed a rage that threatens the Council’s very existence. Unified by necessity and driven by revenge, Brooklyn joins forces with an unlikely trio: a vampire, a human, and a shifter. Together, they’re set on destroying an ancient evil that has gone unchallenged for centuries. Each target tips the moral compass, blurring the lines between friend and foe. The Council has finally met its match. And no one expects what happens next. Black Hand is the gritty first book in the Infernal Regions for the Unprepared urban fantasy series. If you love strong female characters, fast-paced action, and snark for days, you won’t want to miss this pulse-pounding adventure. __________________________________________________________________Praise for the Infernal Regions for the Unprepared Series:? ? ? ? ?
