Causation and Responsibility - Moore, Michael S. (Charles R. Walgreen, Jr., University Chair and Centre for Advanced Study Professor of Law and Philosophy, University of Illinois)

This book clarifies that relationship through an analysis of the best accounts of causation in metaphysics, and a critique of the confusion in legal doctrine.
