The complete recording of Karel Svoboda's film music from the fairy tale Tři oříšky pro Popelku (Three Nuts for Cinderella) in a new, longer version, faithful rendition, capturing the original atmosphere and possessing a contemporary sound. In 2018, we are celebrating the 45th anniversary of the premiere of Three Gifts for Cinderella, the most popular Czech fairy-tale film. Made in 1973 in Czechoslovak-German co-production, the movie, directed by Václav Vorlíček, has engrossed audiences in a number of countries worldwide. Supraphon is now releasing a new recording of Karel Svoboda's film score, as performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, which has markedly enhanced the movie's popularity.
