In this book, Therese E. Duckett scientifically explains how our chakras communicate with our subconscious and how they can be attuned for greater knowledge, self-awareness, and healing. When a chakra is blocked or imbalanced, we may experience physical, emotional, mental, or even spiritual symptoms. The solution to heal these issues and improve health and well-being can be found in our dreams.Duckett demonstrates how each chakra transmits specific symbols and dream signatures indicating the state of its energy flow. If a dream indicates that a particular chakra is blocked, we can take action. Duckett describes how practices such as sound therapy, meditation, breathwork, movement, essential oils, and color visualization can help raise our frequency and open and strengthen each chakra, allowing for unimpeded energy flow. When energy flows freely through the chakras, we reenergize our auric and etheric bodies as well as contribute to the evolution of collective consciousness.Engaging in chakra dreamwork reveals messages that teach us to raise our chakra frequencies, improve our experience of life, and find a path to optimal healing and well-being.
