Seventy years ago, a scary monster called the You-Know-What destroyed the town and, ever since, they have a strict no-monsters policy. When noise from the circus wakes up the creature, the townspeople are furious at Kevin and his family. Now, the You-Know-What is on the loose and out for blood. Can Kevin and his new friend, a human girl named Susie, stop the monster, and save the town before all is lost?
