Maister korablia - Yury Yanovskyi

Odesa, to which only mad storms from the sea flew. Ukrainian cinema, fresh and bold, like a young man on a high mast. Young people who are looking for themselves and find friendship, love, loyalty, courage. Director, artist, ballerina, sailor, Odessa fishermen, port girls, film factory director, schooner owner. A subtle love intrigue, the spirit of romance and creative restlessness, the wine "Blood of the Earth" and the salty smell of the sea — all this is in Yuri Yanovsky's novel "Master of the Ship". And what is not there is in Yanovsky's essays and in the early version of the novel. For the first time, "Master of the Ship" is released without censor notes and with unknown fragments.
