Natural Theology of the Arts - Monti, Anthony

This work contends that the arts are theological by nature and not simply when they are explicitly religious - thereby constituting a kind of "natural theology". It cites examples from literature, painting and music - such as Shakespeare's "King Lear" and Rembrandt's "Return of the Prodigal Son".
