Physics at Surfaces - Zangwill, Andrew (Georgia Institute of Technology)

Offering a graduate-level introduction to the physics and chemical physics of solid surfaces and of atoms and molecules adsorbed onto solid surfaces, this work intertwines experiment and theory, whenever possible. It does also provide a limited discussion of the fine details of technique.
