Public Service Efficiency - Andrews, Rhys a Entwistle, Tom

The current economic and political climate places ever greater pressure on public organizations to deliver services in a cost-efficient way. This book examines the topic of public service efficiency from a wide lens; examining theories and evidence relating to technical, allocative, distributive and dynamic efficiencies, rather than the simplistic input to output ratio of recent years.
