Real Presence - Bouquet, A. C.

Originally published in 1928, this book was written as an exploration of 'the theory and implications of localisation in cultus'. The text considers forms of divine presence in a variety of religious contexts, drawing a broad distinction between 'symbolic' and 'direct' manifestations of divinity in concrete objects.
