This is the second volume of a collection of court decisions covering the 'constitutional' relationship between the EC and Member States. Together with the first volume covering 1962 to 1993, it forms a uniquely comprehensive reference work, containing nearly 150 decisions rendered over a period of 40 years. This book was first published in 2003.
