Ripples - Richard C Pizey

RIPPLES is Richard’s first novel. Alex and Jessica live in north London and, like many young couples, lead a problematic lifestyle. Now, unbidden, an extra dimension lands on the doormat and adds to their troubles. Set in the 1980s, this ingenious story flirts with humour, music, art history, Nazi machination . . . and sex, as Alex and Jessica delve into the secrets behind a set of paintings recently discovered in upstate New York. Linking past to present and attempting to unravel the inticacies of art fraud, this whirlwind adventure combines mystery and intimacy and hurtles through London, New York, Bavaria and Scotland on a quest concerned not only with works of art, but also with the struggles of an in-your-face relationship. Bold, brash and up-front, Ripples tantalizes, teases and transports you to places and situations previously confined to your imagination. Ripples is the first novel from Richard C Pizey, author of Echoes of Andalucía and Revelations, the sequel to Ripples.
