The four chapters offer a diverse range of crafts inspired by Scandinavian traditions—including collage, embroidery, sewing, and baking—to infuse your holiday celebrations with the cozy magic of hygge. Make a group of little sparkling Christmas trees for your table, hang Danish paper cone decorations on your tree, create a sweet pinecone family, and don’t forget to indulge in the Scandinavian passion for candlelight by making some beautiful twig candle holders. You can also try out a new craft: give some simple embroidery a go with the tiny framed pictures or take your baking to the next level with a delightful gingerbread house and a sweetly scented cookie wreath. Best of all, the whole family can join in making these projects. Then, as you decorate your home each year, you'll be reminded of the happy memories you created together.
