Syla movy (Yak kody, iaki my vykorystovuiemo, shchob dumaty, rozmovliaty i zhyty, zminiuiut nash rozum) - Viorica Marian

We live in a world of codes. Poetry, music, mathematics, English, sign language are all separate language codes that are harmoniously combined in our brains. And the more of these codes we have, the easier it is for us to get and interpret information, generate new ideas, build a career, and accelerate radical progress. Because these codes determine how we perceive ourselves and others, the world around us, how we solve problems, what we pay attention to, what we remember. The author of this book sees language not just as a means of communication and information exchange, but as a tool that improves our lives and health, and develops cognitive abilities. After all, it has been scientifically proven that knowledge of several languages delays the development of Alzheimer's disease by at least four to six years, develops critical thinking, and significantly increases the chances of success in all areas of life.
