Tamdevin. Bora - Halyna Vdovychenko

""Tamdevin"" and ""Bora"" are two novels by Halyna Vdovychenko, which have been reissued in the wonderful series ""Modern Classics."" In the novel ""Tamdevin"", we follow the scientist Yurko, who studies the behavior of wolves and takes care of wolf cubs who have lost their parents. In the wild, Yurko gradually adopts the behavior of his wards, until he meets the artist Anna and changes his life forever… ""Bora"" tells the story of shelter, which is the most valuable thing for every person — the shelter we find in others. This is what a girl, Khrystyna, discovers when she suddenly receives an extraordinarily generous gift: an estate in Lviv. Thus, her new home gradually transforms into a refuge for people and animals, where they all together try to understand what happiness really is.
