The Adventurous Vegetarian (Around the World in 30 Meals) - Jane Hughes, Chris Brazier

Working with many vegetarian groups and societies, author Jane Hughes has brought together favourite meals and fascinating stories from Belgium to China, Cuba to Palestine. Each country is introduced by a section about that country's traditional vegetarian meals and interesting info about the history of vegetarianism within that country.
