The Wall in the Middle of the Book - Jon Agee

Sunday Times Culture Magazine Book of the Week In this timeless tale battling notions of prejudice and preconception, a little knight is glad the wall in the middle of the book keeps him safe from the ogre on the other side - until a big flood on his side means he needs the ogre to rescue him! Suddenly he discovers a wonderful new world. Making fun use of the book's gutter, classic picture book creator Jon Agee is brilliant in his use of the page turn, visual storytelling, and deadpan humour, and appeals to fans of Oliver Jeffers and Jon Klassen.
