From the New York Times bestselling author of the “edge-of-your-seat read” (Karen Robards, New York Times bestselling author) Someone Is Watching, a chilling story of a woman whose tranquil life is shaken when a mysterious young woman enters her life.Terry Painter enjoys her quiet life in Delray, Florida, living alone in the house she inherited from her mother. When young, vibrant Alison Simms rents the cottage on her property, the two women strike up a fast friendship—and Terry is swept into a fantastic new life: dinners out, shopping, makeovers, and even potentially dating a handsome young man. But nothing about her newfound companion is as it appears and soon, Terry is in a race against time to reclaim her own life back.
