Why Does Plastic Hurt the Planet? - Clive Gifford

A unique approach to understanding the plastic problem, with practical actions to help reduce our use. Every single minute, a truck-load of plastic is dumped into the ocean, damaging beaches, killing wildlife, making food supplies dangerous and contributing to climate change. Most plastic does not break down for hundreds of years and almost half of it is single use. Why are we doing this? Why don't we stop? Can we undo the damage? Mind Mappers: Why Does Plastic Hurt The Planet? explores and unravels these difficult questions.
